The managing director of the Small to Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) was a tad upset. Every time he opened his favourite trade magazines, all he read were glowing stories about his competitors. There was never any mention of the award-winning products his company had designed. (more…)

Last Sunday

Last Sunday, I was delighted to see UK racing team Brawn GP secure the 2009 Formula One Constructors’ Championship at the Brazilian Grand Prix in Interlagos, with driver Jenson Button coming from fourteenth position on the grid to a fifth place finish to take the Championship with one race of the season to go. I’ve never been fond of driving at night

I’ve never been fond of driving at night, especially on long stretches of unlit country roads. I’ve always been suspicious that any number of wild animals might, at any moment, leap out from the dark wilderness and into the path of my car causing me to swerve violently into oncoming traffic.
