Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Motion controller offers space-saving benefits from Omron Electronics: "Omron has expanded its motion platform with the Trajexia motion controller in PLC format. ".
 
In September 2009, we covered the news from National Instruments - take a look at NI-AIM collaboration brings military PXI systems which says: "National Instruments has announced its offering of PXI interface modules for MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429 and AFDX military- and aerospace-avionics applications as a result of its collaboration with AIM. ".
