We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Brushless Motors", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Brushless motors provide precise speed control from EMS, which we summarised at the time by saying "The Smartshell is a cost-effective solution suitable for demanding drive applications where precise speed control is required". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release DC motor powers up to 440W from Parvalux Electric Motors: "Customisable 86mm DC brushless motor is available with a range of gearboxes, including the new G and LS worm-wheel units".

In September 2007, we covered the news from Parvalux Electric Motors concerning its Parvalux DC brushless motors and controller - take a look at Brushless motor catalogue released which says: "Parvalux offers solutions ranging from stand-alone motors through to complete motor/controller/gearbox packages".

Take a look also at the news release from EMS, Brushless drives provide 20,000 hours of run time, as well as Positioning stages offer long lifetimes from Aerotech, and Slotless motors reduce inertia from Danaher Motion.
