We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Calibration Service",
and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest.
Let me be your guide.
Start with
the news release Test rigs upgrade motor repair services from
Anstee Ware Group, which we summarised at the time by saying "Permanent magnet motor repair and calibration service covers all manufacturers, makes and sizes, and includes the complete overhaul of motors, gearboxes and pumps".
Several months prior to that,
we featured the news release iPods supplied with equipment orders from
Hitek: "Having equipment calibrated and tested is an important task which many companies and organisations have to arrange - but there's not always a lot of pleasure in doing so".
In June 2007, we covered the news from Renishaw
concerning its XL-80 laser unit and XC-80 compensator
- take a look at Laser unit and compensator shrink dramatically
which says: "Renishaw's new XL-80 laser unit and XC-80 compensator offer a maximum linear measurement speed that has been increased from 1m/s to 4m/s, whilst still retaining a position reading resolution of 1nm".
Take a look also at the news release from Fluke Precision Measurement, Paperless system logs temperature and humidity,
as well as NPL helps comply with new legislation from National Physical Laboratory,
and Torque wrenches are calibrated on-site from HBM UK.
