Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Micro-Epsilon introduces thermal-imaging cameras from Micro-Epsilon UK: "Micro-Epsilon UK has set up a partnership agreement with Flir Systems, a supplier of infrared thermography systems, to offer a range of low-cost handheld thermal-imaging cameras. ".
