Start with the news release Medical PC helps manage patient data from Impulse, which we summarised at the time by saying "The Onyx-150 fanless medical PC terminal is a low-cost, compact yet high-performance platform for all medical applications". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Panel PC handles multimedia applications from Advansus: "The FPM610 makes it easier and faster to do custom system development with flexible Mini-ITX board choices, multiple displays and audio streams, powered COM ports and one built-in power supply".
 
In August 2007, we covered the news from Pressure Systems concerning its dataMonitor - take a look at Handheld computer interfaces with transducers which says: "The dataMonitor is designed for outdoor use with waterMonitor submersible data logging level transducers to precisely monitor environmental water resources".
