An Engineeringtalk guide

Start with the news release Concurrent unveils 6U CompactPCI processor board from Concurrent Technologies, which we summarised at the time by saying "Concurrent Technologies has released a 6U CompactPCI SBC based on Intel's 45nm process technology as part of its embedded product range.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Impulse presents Aaeon embedded PC from Impulse Corporation: "Impulse has launched the AEC-6911 from Aaeon Technology, an advanced embedded PC that adopts the latest Intel Atom processor to provide high performance and low-power computing. ".

In May 2009, we covered the news from LMS International - take a look at Durability recorder withstands harsh environments which says: "LMS has introduced the LMS Scadas durability recorder, designed for rugged data acquisition in extreme conditions.".

Take a look also at the news release from Parker Hannifin, Parker releases HMI platform for Interact, as well as Micro Client II HMI has resistive touch screen from Kontron UK, and Kontron introduces the Kontron CP6001-V from Kontron UK.
