We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Corrosion Resistance", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Speed reducer handles caustic environments from Boston Gear, which we summarised at the time by saying "The stainless steel 700 series' integral input worm and shaft are made from high-strength, case-hardened alloy steel for long-lasting performance". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Primer offers long-term corrosion resistance from Scott Bader Company: "Texicryl 13-600 is a water-based primer of that provides 500 hours of salt spray resistance".

In December 2007, we covered the news from Spelsberg els UK concerning its Stahlin enclosures - take a look at Plastic enclosures survive UV exposure which says: "All Stahlin products are moulded from Spelsberg's patent pending SolarGuard SMC formulation, delivering both strength and extremely high protection from UV degradation".

Take a look also at the news release from MiniTec UK, Machine framing and modular positioning, as well as Industrial PC provides mounting flexibility from GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms UK, and Submersible transducer adds tougher cable from Pressure Systems.
