"Dielectric Constant"...

We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Dielectric Constant", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Acquisition brings fluid flow measurement from Measurement Specialties, which we summarised at the time by saying "Based on tuning fork technology, sensors measure fluid properties including density, viscosity and dielectric constant". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Monitor and filters combine to keep fluids clean from Parker Hannifin - Filter Division: "Complementary products provide an economical and efficient solution to contamination control, fluid system predictive maintenance as well as on-going system cleanliness".

In August 2006, we covered the news from Victrex USA concerning its Peek polymer - take a look at Victrex Peek polymer in microphone spacer film which says: "Ole Wolff-Seokang switched to Victrex Peek polymer for microphone spacer film because of its superior temperature resistance and dielectric constant".

Take a look also at the news release from Krohne, Optiflex shines in low conductivity applications, as well as Optiflex radar installed at Xella from Krohne, and Capacitive level sensors learn new lessons from Carlo Gavazzi.
