We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "DIP Switch", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Power transducer suits amperometry from Phoenix Contact, which we summarised at the time by saying "The user can monitor the operating status via LEDs on the MACX MCR-SL-CAC-5-I(-UP) transducer". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Signal conditioning modules reduce signal wiring from Wago Corp: "Jumpflex 857 signal conditioning and relay modules offer a system approach to signal switching and conditioning".

In February 2007, we covered the news from Omniflex (UK) concerning its Omni16 alarm annunciator - take a look at Alarm annunciator serves for 25 years which says: "The Omni16 Alarm Annunciator has stayed in use in the control rooms of industry around the world for more than 25 years, receiving various facelifts, upgrades and enhancements along the way".

Take a look also at the news release from Omniflex (UK), Alarm annunciator monitors ten channels, as well as Ideal choice for high-speed motor control from Maxon Motor UK, and Adapter brings serial devices to Ethernet from Westermo Data Communications.
