We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Dynamic Simulation", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release System reduces the dangers of drilling at sea from Moog Controls, which we summarised at the time by saying "As the platform moves up and down with the heave of the sea surface, hydraulic oil passes backwards and forwards from actuator to accumulator, keeping the platform stationary relative to the seabed". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Software upgrade improves pipe design from Engineered Software: "Pipe-Flo Compressible 2007 allows users to quickly size flow meters and balance orifice and insert the system in a single step".

In May 2007, we covered the news from Invensys SimSci Esscor - take a look at Training simulator wins supply chain award which says: "Dow Corning is using a dynamic simulator built and implemented by Invensys to train operators at its Barry, South Wales, production facility in the UK".

Take a look also at the news release from Technical Simulation Consultants, Simulation software helps train FPSO operators, as well as Petrochemical contract formalised from Yokogawa Europe - Industrial Automation, and Simulator to train refinery operators from Invensys SimSci Esscor.
