Start with the news release ABB drives reduce swimming pool energy bills from ABB Automation Tech (Drives and Motors), which we summarised at the time by saying "ABB drives have helped a UK holiday park operator save GBP77,000 a year on energy bills for its swimming pools. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release ITT introduces packer feedthrough system from ITT Interconnect Solutions: "The BIW field-attachable packer feedthrough system launched by ITT Interconnect Solutions is designed to provide a faster method of passing power cables through packers.".
 
In November 2009, we covered the news from Sherborne Sensors - take a look at Sherborne announces MEMS inclinometers which says: "Sherborne Sensors has announced the launch of the T700 series, a high-precision range of compact, DC-operated solid-state MEMS inclinometers. ".
