We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Electronic Component", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Thermoplastic cuts costs for USB connectors from Victrex USA, which we summarised at the time by saying "Substituting Victrex Peek polymer for metal gives InnoDisk us greater design flexibility and a shorter time to market for its USB drive connectors". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Material analysers identify alloy grades quickly from Niton UK: "Niton XL3 x-ray fluorescence instruments now typically take less than two seconds to identify an alloy grade".

In November 2007, we covered the news from Schaeffler (UK) concerning its Schaeffler's INA and FAG bearings - take a look at Choosing the right bearing coating which says: "Dr Steve Lacey, Schaeffler UK Engineering Manager, discusses the importance of selecting the right coating or corrosion-resistant material for rolling bearings operating in harsh environments".

Take a look also at the news release from OEM Automatic, Power relay removes the need for a heatsink, as well as Cross-Pacific business relationship celebrated from Digi-Key Corporation, and Networked air monitoring device from Parker Domnick Hunter.
