We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Energy Conservation", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release A bearing on green design from NSK UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "Rolling bearings provide the key to energy conservation and preservation of natural resources through improved machine life, says Kevin Delehanty". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Testing systems monitor motor efficiency from Sakor Technologies: "Sakor Technologies offers a system that can test even the largest electric motors while drawing only minimal power from the electrical grid, and generating almost no waste heat".

In May 2007, we covered the news from Sakor Technologies concerning its Sakor's DynoLAB EM motor test systems - take a look at Systems provide electric motor efficiency testing which says: "Sakor Technologies' motor test systems are efficient at recirculating absorbed power within the test system, drawing minimal power from the electrical grid and generating almost no waste heat".

Take a look also at the news release from Echelon, Energy management company receives award, as well as Steam traps promise precious energy savings from Gardner Energy Management, and Energy saving with standard motors from Deritend Group.
