We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Engineering Processes", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release PLM software helps with frequent design changes from Omnify Software, which we summarised at the time by saying "The direct sharing of part and BOM information between Empower PLM and Sage MAS 90 ERP eliminated manual data entry errors and ensures accuracy of product change information across the enterprise". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Thermal analyser integrated into modelling system from Ansys: "The SINDA/G for Ansys Workbench plug-in allows users to use thermal features without needing to know the format of SINDA/G or thermal radiation codes".

In April 2007, we covered the news from ICEM concerning its ICEM Shape Design (ISD) R17 - take a look at Software handles a range of surfaces which says: "ISD R17 provides a range of highly intuitive tools for the creation, validation and modification or a range of surfaces, including complex mechanical shapes and freeform surfaces".

Take a look also at the news release from Copa-Data, SCADA system unveiled in Hannover, as well as CFD tool performs aerodynamic calculations from CD-adapco, and Engineering company benefits from composite use from Vistagy.
