Start with the news release Open software eases plant data sharing from Bentley Systems (UK), which we summarised at the time by saying "OpenPlant allows the sharing and reusing of consistent and accurate data among distributed teams and work packages throughout the plant lifecycle". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Re-engineered components bring added value from Blue Diamond Technologies: "Britannia Wardrobes asked Blue Diamond to appraise the conventional fixtures and fittings and re-engineer them to take account of functionality, appearance, durability and cost".
