We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Environmental Issues", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release UPS company makes efficiency commitment from Chloride Power Protection, which we summarised at the time by saying "Demands for environmentally friendly products and services are constantly increasing and, in signing up to a new EU scheme, Chloride has committed itself to meeting these challenges". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Rail industry looks to the future from Interfleet Technology: "Thought-leading seminar centres on issues such as improving efficiency of traction energy use and challenges facing the operators".

In December 2007, we covered the news from Technology Innovation Centre - take a look at KTP programmes bear fruit with innovation prize which says: "Award recognises the achievements of three Knowledge Transfer Partnership programmes between Morgan Motor Company and the Birmingham City University TIC".

Take a look also at the news release from Nexans, Cable powers berthed ships, as well as Welding journal focuses on stainless steel from ESAB, and Filter helps users meet biodiesel standards from FA-ST Filtration Analysis Services Technology.
