We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Frequency Converter", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Fequency controlled screw compressors save energy from Boge Compressors, which we summarised at the time by saying "Boge Compressors has announced the extension of the energy saving SF series of frequency controlled screw compressors". The same day, we featured the news release Screw compressors offer energy efficiency from Boge Compressors: "Boge Compressors has further expanded the SLF range of energy efficient screw compressors which combine a direct coupled drive system with frequency control".

In February 2006, we covered the news from Danfoss Motion Controls concerning its VLT 8000 Aqua VSD motor control - take a look at Drive keeps water flowing in Nebraska which says: "Variable speed drive controlled pump system lets Nebraska City Utilities provide reliable water pressure throughout the area even when the water tower is out of service for maintenance".

Take a look also at the news release from Pilz Automation Technology, Manual explains programmable safety systems, as well as Danish processor uses digital plant architecture from Emerson Process Management - Systems and Industry, and Motors rev up to higher speeds from ABB Automation Tech (Drives and Motors).
