We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Grinding Wheel", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Grinding wheels promise longer life from Tyrolit, which we summarised at the time by saying "Sintered aluminium oxide grains in a vitrified-bond grinding wheel offer significant performance benefits over fused grains". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Drives are a diamond's best friend from Lenze-ACTech: "Drives on a diamond-cutting machine automate the process to achieve the largest possible diamond from the rough original".

In November 2005, we covered the news from Holroyd - take a look at China turns to UK grinding technology for its jets which says: "Holroyd Machine Tools has concluded a deal with a leading Chinese aerospace company worth US$1.2million to supply a full turnkey production facility for the manufacture of jet engine drive shafts".

Take a look also at the news release from Wanner Engineering, High-pressure pumps boost hole drilling efficiency, as well as Service promises smoother more durable gears from Renold Gears, and High precision gears can be made to order from Holroyd.
