In November 2009, we covered the news from HEM Data Corp - take a look at Dawn Mini Logger enables in-vehicle diagnostics which says: "HEM Data has introduced the Dawn Mini Logger, which fits within the mating OBD (J1962) connector under the dashboard for in-vehicle diagnostics. ".
