We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Lubricants", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release High-temperature bearings are lubricated for life from Metallized Carbon Corporation, which we summarised at the time by saying "Bearings and thrust washers offer greatly increased oxidation resistance without sacrificing their self-lubricating properties, resulting in longer life". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release Ceramic actuators clean up on medical applications from PI (Physik Instrumente): "PI offers three advanced types of ceramic, nonmagnetic linear motor actuators that can replace classical actuators in medical and pharmaceutical applications".

In February 2008, we covered the news from Shell Lubricants concerning its hell Turbo Oils CC rang - take a look at New oils improve turbine reliability which says: "The Shell Turbo Oil CC series combines the traditional strengths of the previous formulation, is fully compatible with the current formulation and improves long-term deposit resistance performance".

Take a look also at the news release from Contrinex UK, Distribution system slashes installation time, as well as Management system gets to grips with grease from Gleaner Oils, and Label system identifies lubricants from Gleaner Oils.
