Start with the news release Actuator system for sampling applications from Heason Technology, which we summarised at the time by saying "Heason Technology has launched a low-cost modular actuator range for pick-and-place and sample dispensing in life science and other analytical equipment applications. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release DC motors engineered for transportation purposes from Ametek Technical and Industrial Products: "Rotron brushless DC motors from Ametek, engineered for applications on board heavy-duty transit buses, coaches and other vehicles, deliver long-life power solutions serving up to 60,000 hours.".
