We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Magnetic Sensors",
and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest.
Let me be your guide.
Start with
the news release Solid-state sensors join linecard from
Peerless Electronics, which we summarised at the time by saying "Industries that are looking for a sensor without moving parts in fuel and holding tanks will have interest in SSI's brand of level sensors".
Several months prior to that,
we featured the news release Alignment sensor monitors moving objects from
4B Braime Elevator Components: "The BAP2's magnetic sensors remain unaffected by dust or product build up, continuously monitoring the moving target with visual indication by LED".
In November 2006, we covered the news from Renishaw
concerning its Encoder systems
- take a look at Encoder systems have all applications covered
which says: "Renishaw offers a wide range of magnetic and compact optical position feedback encoder systems to meet the diverse requirements of industrial automation".
Take a look also at the news release from Techno-Sommer, Grippers pick up small items in small places,
as well as Magnetic and optical encoders in position at PPMA from Renishaw,
and Controller keeps watch over bucket elevators from 4B Braime Elevator Components.
