We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Mechanism", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Sensors cope with railway demands from Cynergistic Technologies, which we summarised at the time by saying "Railway applications involve extreme temperature conditions, dust and humidity influences as well as vibrations or shock impact". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release Overcoming the limitations of ballscrews from Abssac: "Abssac reckons its satellite roller screws offer formidable advantages in the linear technology sector".

In February 2008, we covered the news from TFC concerning its TFC wave springs and retaining rings - take a look at Springs and rings improve passenger comfort which says: "Smalley Crest to Crest wave springs and retaining rings are used to secure aircraft passenger service units, preloading the lighting, heating and air-conditioning elements above the passenger seats".

Take a look also at the news release from Gardner Energy Management, Steam traps cut energy bill for chemical company, as well as Safety isolators cut power consumption from MTL Instruments Group, and Grippers suit pick and place use from FS Engineering.
