We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Motion Controls", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release High-speed rotary stage offers spindle alternative from Aerotech, which we summarised at the time by saying "The ADRH 100 features backlash and cog-free, direct-drive servomotor technology with a directly coupled precision encoder for excellent servo bandwidth and maximum stiffness". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Rotary motion simulators provide high accuracy from Aerotech: "Range is aimed at dynamic in-process testing of gyroscopes, MEMS sensors, accelerometers and other rate table applications requiring ultraprecise rotational profiling".

In December 2007, we covered the news from MiniTec UK concerning its Profile System - take a look at Machine framing systems in print which says: "New catalogue includes an engineering reference for structural calculations along with assembly hints, processing tools and a gallery of application examples".

Take a look also at the news release from Aerotech, Rotary stages excel at angular accuracy, as well as Steppers solve wiring conundrum from McLennan Servo Supplies, and Motors combine accuracy and power savings from Motion Drives and Controls.
