We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "MTBF", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Temperature sensors keep working for 28 years from Lios Technology, which we summarised at the time by saying "Lios Technology's current DTS product series was designed to provide reliable performance and smooth operation in industrial environments". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Server is short on size but big on power from Kontron UK: "2U server boasts an extremely flexible and scaleable layout with the choice of either the embedded Kontron Mini-ITX or Flex-ATX motherboards and the latest multicore processors".

In December 2007, we covered the news from Kontron UK concerning its Kontron KISS-1U - take a look at 1U server is reliable in harsh conditions which says: "Flexibility in choice of processors, drives and expansions enables customisation for applications such as industrial automation and process control".

Take a look also at the news release from Kontron UK, Compact panel is mount-anywhere HMI, as well as Servers offer quiet operation from Kontron UK, and Ethernet switch order received for motorway from Westermo Data Communications.
