We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Pneumatic Actuator", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Hybrid actuator puts air over electric from SMAC Europe, which we summarised at the time by saying "Patented solution delivers the speed, accuracy and repeatability of electronic actuators but with the force capability of pneumatics". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Integrated mini slides improve smoothness from Festo: "The guide unit of Festo's DGSL mini slides forms the actual body of the unit and incorporates a high-performance pneumatic actuator".

In November 2006, we covered the news from Tomoe Valve concerning its G Series pneumatic actuators - take a look at Pneumatic valve actuators deliver maximum torque which says: "The extended G Series pneumatic actuator range now has 15 double acting and 15 spring return models and covers the Tomoe valve range from DN40 to DN600".

Take a look also at the news release from Festo, Pneumatic actuators cut maintenance requirements, as well as Shutoff valve has removable flow element from ESE, and Pneumatic actuators set for HazardEx outing from Festo.
