‘Process Control Systems’

An Engineeringtalk guide

Start with the news release Ansys software helps Ferrari improve comfort from Ansys, which we summarised at the time by saying "Italian car manufacturer Ferrari is using software from Ansys to optimise automobile design and performance.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Insertion probes monitor bioproduction process from Stratophase: "Stratophase has collaborated with the Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) to develop an insertion probe variant of its Spectrosens system. ".

In November 2009, we covered the news from Verderflex - take a look at Verderflex Dura pump ensures bubble-free printing which says: "Peterson Packaging, a Danish printing company, has selected the Verderflex Dura peristaltic pump to gently handle water-based ink.".

Take a look also at the news release from Q-Sys, Q-Sys provides custom-designed motion systems, as well as ABB drives reduce swimming pool energy bills from ABB Automation Tech (Drives and Motors), and CMOS digital photo IC for colour sensing from Hamamatsu Photonics .
