We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Process Instrumentation", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release IR sensors produce meaningful outputs from Omega Engineering, which we summarised at the time by saying "Rugged design coupled with the relatively small dimensions make these sensors ideally suited for a wide variety of applications". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Training centre hosts first flowmeter course from Able Instruments and Controls: "ABLE Instruments and Controls' course offered delegates an introduction to coriolis mass flow meters with a large proportion of hands-on practical training".

In December 2007, we covered the news from General Monitors concerning its Elpro wireless telemetry - take a look at Wireless technology makes hazardous sensor links which says: "General Monitors now provides secure and reliable wireless communication for its gas and flame detector product lines".

Take a look also at the news release from Intertec Hess, Heater works in harsh process environments, as well as Instrumentation open day visits football stadium from Emerson Process Management, and JWF Instrumentation is new northern partner from ABB Automation Tech (Instrumentation + Automation).
