We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Rotary Motor", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Rotary actuator suits industrial positioning from Inmoco, which we summarised at the time by saying "Tritex rotary actuators combine a brushless servomotor, servo amplifier and position controller in a single industrial-grade enclosure". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Smaller stage is faster and more precise from PI (Physik Instrumente): "Piezoelectric linear-motor driven translation stage is claimed to be significantly smaller than other miniature stages and provides very high speed and resolution".

In May 2006, we covered the news from Motion Drives and Controls concerning its Nexen RB series - take a look at Brakes put linear motion guides on hold which says: "An innovative braking solution for positioning applications using linear motion guide bearings is available from Motion Drives and Controls".

Take a look also at the news release from Aerotech, Flexible servos suit demanding motion tasks, as well as Long-life linear motor is at home in clean rooms from Anorad UK, and Piezo motor walks round in circles from Unimatic Engineers.
