‘Rotary Switches’

An Engineeringtalk guide

Start with the news release Process technology installed at biodiesel refinery from Flow Line Options, which we summarised at the time by saying "Flow Line Options has supplied Smart Fuels, an alternative-energy company, with process measurement and control solutions for its new biodiesel facility in Fruitland Park, Florida.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Liquiphant accurately measures liquid levels from Endress+Hauser: "Endress and Hauser's Liquiphant is a vibrating level switch for accurate limit detection and point level-measurement of liquids.".

In November 2009, we covered the news from Micromech - take a look at CNC router reduces time to market which says: "A manufacturer of personal care products has saved money by switching to a low-cost computerised numerical control (CNC) router that can produce point of purchase displays internally.".

Take a look also at the news release from EMS, Viscotec devises drive solution for dosage units, as well as Ethernet I/O range cuts costs in remote monitoring from Amplicon, and Minitec releases News 2009 brochure from MiniTec UK.
