‘Rotating Shafts’

An Engineeringtalk guide

Start with the news release Micro stepper motors bring pictures into focus from EMS, which we summarised at the time by saying "Electro Mechanical Systems has supplied Precistep micro-stepper motors to Life Optics to allow it to develop a compact, reliable and light-weight head-mounted microscope.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Verderflex Dura pump ensures bubble-free printing from Verderflex: "Peterson Packaging, a Danish printing company, has selected the Verderflex Dura peristaltic pump to gently handle water-based ink.".

In November 2009, we covered the news from Heason Technology - take a look at Actuator system for sampling applications which says: "Heason Technology has launched a low-cost modular actuator range for pick-and-place and sample dispensing in life science and other analytical equipment applications. ".

Take a look also at the news release from European Safety Systems, E2S adds trumpet horns to range of warning devices, as well as Centa offers bespoke transmission designs from Centa Transmissions, and AAC offers range of metric Neo-Flex couplings from Advanced Antivibration Components.
