We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Service Technician", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Easy oil sampling aids machine reliability from JLM Systems, which we summarised at the time by saying "The Oilmiser sampling tube combines a novel three-piece design and large bore stainless steel sample tube to handle the heaviest of gear oils". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Swann to maintain UK customer base from Beko Technologies: "Beko Technologies has appointed Geoff Swann as Service Technician to be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of Beko products within the UK".
