We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Spindle Bearings", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Choosing the right bearing coating from Schaeffler (UK), which we summarised at the time by saying "Dr Steve Lacey, Schaeffler UK Engineering Manager, discusses the importance of selecting the right coating or corrosion-resistant material for rolling bearings operating in harsh environments". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Coatings to improve performance from Schaeffler (UK): "A range of coatings are designed to improve performance and protect bearings from corrosion, wear, friction and slippage".

In February 2005, we covered the news from Kluber Lubrication GB concerning its Isoflex NBU 15 - take a look at Spindle bearing lubricant boasts zero failures which says: "Isoflex NBU 15 is a high-speed grease with a good pressure absorption capacity".

Take a look also at the news release from Schaeffler (UK), Big wheel keeps on turning, as well as Cool bearings boost machine-tool performance from Schaeffler (UK), and Upgraded performance for precision bearings from NTN Bearings (UK).
