We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Stainless Steel Chain", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Metal chain resists corrosion from Tsubakimoto UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "Tsubaki NEP chain uses a combination of three layers of surface coating, with a highly resistant base layer that bonds a harder wear-resistant coating onto the chain bushes". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Chain boasts superior corrosion resistance from Rexnord UK: "Stainless steel roller chain is ideal for packaging and filling applications in the food and drink industries as well as for all wet and damp environments exposed to extreme conditions".

In May 2006, we covered the news from Renold Chain concerning its Hydro-Service anti-corrosion treatment - take a look at Corrosion-proof chain costs less than stainless which says: "A new brochure describes the high-tech Hydro-Service anticorrosion treatment for roller, conveyor and leaf chains".

Take a look also at the news release from Tsubakimoto UK, Solving the problem of roller chain corrosion, as well as Stainless steel thrives in demanding applications from Cross + Morse, and Long life for stainless-steel chain from Cross + Morse.
