We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Switching Frequency", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Photo-electric sensors spot small objects from Siemens Automation and Drives, which we summarised at the time by saying "Siemens Automation and Drives' proximity sensors can detect objects in a range of sizes, at ranges of up to 30m". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Versatile drives ease customer choice from Honeywell Control Systems: "A few Honeywell variable speed drives cater for all HVAC applications up to 30kW, simplifying model selection and reducing stockholding".

In September 2007, we covered the news from IFM Electronic concerning its O5G and O5G500 - take a look at Photocells spot challenging materials which says: "The O5G is sensitive enough even to pick up smoke, so the thinnest of plastic films poses no problems".

Take a look also at the news release from Balluff UK, Sensor range suits varied environments, as well as Sensors detect transparent objects from IFM Electronic, and New frame size extends drive range from Control Techniques.
