‘Thermocouple’

An Engineeringtalk guide

Start with the news release GE controller firmware has online programming from GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms has released its Versamax Micro Plus controller firmware revision 4.0. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Metrix releases Multicon CMC-99 meter controllers from Metrix Electronics: "Metrix has brought out the Multicon CMC-99 series, comprising of compact 96 x 96mm panel-mounting multi-channel meter / controllers with up to 48 analogue inputs and 16 relay / SSR outputs. ".

In August 2009, we covered the news from National Instruments - take a look at NI introduces remote monitoring system which says: "National Instruments has announced the NI wireless sensor network (WSN) platform, a remote monitoring system that consists of Labview software and low-power wireless measurement nodes. ".

Take a look also at the news release from Omega Engineering, Wireless transmitters launched by Omega, as well as Thermocouple module for data acquisition from National Instruments, and STS receives PID controllers from Toho Electronics from Southern Temperature Sensors.
