‘Thermometer’

An Engineeringtalk guide

Start with the news release Fluke offers trial promotion of Ti9 thermal imager from Fluke (UK), which we summarised at the time by saying "Fluke is offering handheld Ti9 electrical thermal imagers for electricians with limited or no experience of using them to inspect, repair and verify electrical infrastructure and equipment.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Micro-Epsilon introduces thermal-imaging cameras from Micro-Epsilon UK: "Micro-Epsilon UK has set up a partnership agreement with Flir Systems, a supplier of infrared thermography systems, to offer a range of low-cost handheld thermal-imaging cameras. ".

In November 2009, we covered the news from Fluke (UK) - take a look at Digital multimeter suits difficult test situations which says: "Fluke has introduced a digital multimeter with a detachable wireless display.".

Take a look also at the news release from Fluke (UK), Fluke introduces hard-wearing multimeters, as well as Micro-Epsilon launches two-wire temperature sensor from Micro-Epsilon UK, and Pulsar III infrared thermometer monitors reactors from LumaSense Technologies.
