We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Three-phase Motors", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Engineeringtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Choosing the right bearing coating from Schaeffler (UK), which we summarised at the time by saying "Dr Steve Lacey, Schaeffler UK Engineering Manager, discusses the importance of selecting the right coating or corrosion-resistant material for rolling bearings operating in harsh environments". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Inverter drive offers easy startup from DeltaSense: "High-frequency IGBT switching ensures silent motor operation and the system offers protection against motor over-temperature, output short circuits, earth faults and supply aberrations".

In June 2007, we covered the news from Carlo Gavazzi concerning its RSHR-MIDI - take a look at Soft starters incorporate a bypass contactor which says: "Carlo Gavazzi's RSHR-MIDI soft starters offer vibration-free starting with a dramatic reduction in mains dips and lamp flicker".

Take a look also at the news release from Harting, Power transmission module provides extra contacts, as well as Gearbox range extended from Transmission Developments, and Website calculates benefits of stainless motors from Marlin Stainless.
