Start with the news release Controller brings versatility to sanding machines from Moeller Electric, which we summarised at the time by saying "Moeller Electric's MFD-Titan controller provides German woodworking machinery specialist, Butfering Schleiftechnik with a control system that offers performance, versatility and economy". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Encoders feature tiny code disc from Sick (UK): "Sick's SKS/M36 stand-alone enables absolute synchronisation in a compact, robust and cost-effective package".
 
In March 2007, we covered the news from Sandvik Process Systems - take a look at Belts and plates for woodworking machinery which says: "Sandvik will be demonstrating the latest developments in its complete product offering of high strength steel belts and press plates for wood-based panel production at Ligna 2007".
