Ace Arc has recently been appointed as sole UK distributor for Dirt Whacker belt cleaning equipment, claimed as the ultimate in belt cleaning technology
Ace Arc Ltd are exhibiting on stand number 90a - 91 at the Hillhead 2001 International Quarrying and Recycling Show being held on 26th - 28th June.
The company has recently been appointed as sole UK distributor for Dirt Whacker belt cleaning equipment, and the Hillhead event is being used as the major launch in this country.
Claimed as the ultimate in belt cleaning technology, Dirt Whacker incorporates unique features to maximise operating performance and life while minimising maintenance and running costs.
These belt cleaners are completely fail-safe in operation and incorporate permanent self-compensating adjustment against wear.
They are compatible with most existing scraper arrangements and can be used even with reversible conveyors.
Also being exhibited will be other company activities relating to quarrying, mining, earth moving and materials handling requirements.
These include the supply of wear resistant components manufactured from a choice of materials including Ace 600 chromium carbide wearplate.
Any shape and size of wearplates can be produced to order, with a fully customised service also available to ensure that problems encountered with high impact points or areas subject to high abrasion conditions can be eliminated.
The repair and rebuild of all primary and secondary crusher wearparts can be under taken as either a site or workshop operation.
This is complemented with general engineering services including repair or complete rebuilds on mobile plant and equipment.
An emergency repair service can also be provided to cover critical supply operations, together with a full hydraulic equipment refurbishing service which is available through an associated company.
