Lloyds, 37, from Coalville, races a one-tenth-scale Mitsubishi Eclipse, a replica of the car that takes part in the British Touring Car series.
The nippy machine, which is only about a foot long and weighs less than two bags of sugar, can reach up to 75km/h.
Ace Arc's livery appears on the car in events such as the HPI Challenge, which on certain meetings runs alongside full size races at Rockingham motor speedway and other venues with crowds of up to 20,000.
It might not be as expensive as full size motor racing, but costs still mount up.
The car itself - a Christmas present from fiancee Vanessa - cost GBP 250.
It is fuelled by high performance petrol that costs around GBP 20 a gallon and is steered using radio controlled equipment that costs GBP 40.
During a 30-minute race series, the car will burn out a set of wheels costing GBP 35.
"We're glad to be able to support Mick and we're delighted to see the Ace Arc name flying around model racing car tracks all over the country", said Managing Director Frank Fairbrother.
With Ace Arc's backing, Lloyds is looking forward to improving on his ninth place finish in last summer's championship.
"I've always been a big motor racing fan and now I have the opportunity to actually run my own racing car, even if it is only a model one", said Lloyds.
"I missed the first race of last season but with Ace's support, I'll be competing at the top level throughout the series this year and it would be fantastic if I could get the Ace Arc name on the winner's podium".
