Advanced Microlubrication Systems is featuring its Microlube precision lubrication system and SafeCut lubricant alongside a comprehensive range of chamfering machines at the Tooling 2002 show Microlube systems bring significant health and safety benefits to virtually all metal-cutting operations because of the small quantities of nontoxic pure vegetable lubricant which are used and the fact that it is almost completely consumed by the metalworking process

Other benefits include better working conditions for operators and the fact that components frequently require no cleaning before finishing, coating or plating.

Now available in 400ml aerosols, 250ml bottles and 5-litre containers, SafeCut is a concentrated vegetable-based lubricant which performs effectively in a wide variety of metalworking operations, including those involving the most difficult materials.

Although only very small quantities are needed, SafeCut improves tool life and surface finishes compared to conventional lubricants.

The chamfering machines to be featured at the show include the Contourmill, V-mill and Chamfermill, which together provide a compehensive choice of equipment to meet most production chamfering requirements.
