Industrial Gigabit Ethernet switch has SFP

Aaxeon has announced the release of its LNX-501AG-SFP Lanolinx Industrial Gigabit Ethernet switch with SFP.

The LNX-501AG-SFP is an unmanaged Industrial Gigabit Ethernet switch with four 10/100/1000T ports and one SFP Mini-GBIC port.

By utilising the SFP port option, users are able to use a variety of transceivers to meet their fibre requirement.

As SFP transceivers are easily interchangeable, users can swap to transceivers with different fibre type and/or fibre distance.

The LNX-501AG-SFP is offered with standard operating temperature rating of -10C to 70C and an extended operating temperature model (LNX-501AG-SFP-T), with a temperature range from -40C to 80C for extreme temperature applications.

Other features include: RJ-45 port that supports auto MDI/MDI-X function; store-and-forward switching architecture; 10Gbps back-plane (switching fabric); 136Kbits memory buffer; 8K MAC address table; 9Kbytes jumbo frame; supports broadcast storm control; wide range redundant power design; power polarity reserve protect; overload current reset fuse present; supports 4,000V DC Ethernet ESD protection; IP-30 rugged aluminum case design; DIN-rail and wall-mount design; and five-year warranty.
