The AOP-8070 operator panel adopts a Marvell Xscale processor that is specially designed to serve as a human machine interface (HMI).

Aaeon has released the AOP-8070 operator panel, with a 16:9 WQVGA TFT LCD and has adopted the Marvell PXA 270 for the first TTL LCD and CRT output The second TTL LCD output is an optional function that can be activated by an Intel 2700G chipset

This seven-inch 16:9 TFT LCD is more readable than a traditional six-inch or 5.4-inch STN or TFT LCD.

The brightness is also higher than a traditional HMI.

The AOP-8070 operator panel adopts a Marvell Xscale processor that is specially designed to serve as a human machine interface (HMI).

The Marvell Xscale PXA 270 is faster than a traditional ARM7 or 32bit CPU.

With a built-in CompactFlash socket, the AOP-8070 is as compact and user friendly as a multi-function computer.

The system can be wall-mounted, panel-mounted or mounted on a DIN Rail.

The AOP-8070 meets IP65 standards for the plastic front panel and aluminium rear cover.

In addition to the HMI market, AOP-8070 targets transportation, entertainment and point of promotion markets.

For system integrators, this simple, complete, compact and highly integrated system lets users easily build an operator panel into their applications.

Common industrial applications include factory automation systems, precision machinery, and production process control.

It is also suitable for many nonindustrial applications, including vending machines and car park automation.
