Medical stations keep patient records safe

AAEON, the professional medical product manufacturer, released the debut of two new medical stations-ONYX-195S and ONYX-175S.

Aaeon has released the ONYX-195S and ONYX-175S medical stations, based on the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processor (up to 2.16GHz).

They are designed to monitor patients during surgery.

The ONYX-195S/175S is equipped with an eight in one card reader and optional slim DVD/CD.

A 2.5in SATA hard disk drive and smart card reader are also available.

The ONYX-195S/175S also features built-in RFID and finger scans to secure patients' medical history.

The ONYX-195S/175S has 19/17in 300 nits TFT display with 1280 x 1024 resolution.

A high brightness LCD makes it easier to analyse DICOM images.

The units suit surgery, radiology, picture archiving communication systems), lab information systems and electronic medical record keeping.
