Advanced operator panel PC supports a choice of Intel Pentium M and Celeron M low power processors up to 1.6GHz.

New from Aaeon, the AOP-8120XT is an advanced operator panel PC that extends the company's AOP-8120 series with a range of features tailored for specific industrial PC applications.

The AOP-8120XT supports a choice of Intel Pentium M and Celeron M low power processors up to 1.6GHz (fanless up to 600MHz), with onboard memory of either 256 or 512Mbyte.

A key component for any operator panel PC is the LCD/CRT control, which in this case is provided by the Intel 852GM and Chrontel 7009 which provide multiple display options.

The AOP-8120XT follows the design concepts of the AOP-8120 series, and it features IP65 certified panel, slimline format, a rugged and fanless design and low power consumption.

"The AOP-8120XT is an advanced fanless operator panel PC.

It accommodates higher performance CPU and touch screen".

"Moreover, it supports Windows XP Pro, Windows XP Embedded, and Windows 2000 OS systems".

"The AOP-8120XT is a good combination of price and performance".

"It can be applied to payment terminal, thin client, point of promotion, automation control etc", says Owen Huang, Product Manager of Aaeon Panel Appliance and Automation Division.

For expansion, the AOP-8120XT features three COM ports, four USB 2.0 ports, an audio port, one digital I/O, one independent VGA output, one internal Mini PCI slot, one 2.5in hard disk drive bay, and one internal CompactFlash drive.

The AOP-8120XT provides a flexible combination for existing systems, and Aaeon recommends the AOP-8120XT highly for all vital applications.
