Abac's new compressors are extremely efficient producing a much higher output than that previously achieved, providing very low power consumption.
State of the art car dealer uses Abac compressors
The latest low noise ABAC compressors are being used to provide a high quality supply of compressed air for powering various air tools and workshop equipment at a new Hamer Toyota dealership
Genesis Plus is unique in that it incorporates all of the elements necessary to produce a quality controlled supply of compressed air in one system.
This not only ensures compatibility and correct functioning of all equipment in the system, but also significantly simplifies operation, installation and maintenance procedures.
The rotary air compressor within Genesis Plus operates to a maximum pressure of 15bar and offers excellent reliability, even to users of smaller quantities of compressed air.

Mobile unit puts compressed air on the spot
Abac has launched a new mobile compressor, designed for use in factories, workshops, site use and other areas where a temporary highly portable or additional compressed air supply is required
The compressor has a simplified structure with a reduced number of pipes and fittings that eases access during maintenance procedures.
Furthermore, the separate vessel is internally coated with plastic, which helps protects against corrosion during operation.
The compressor also provides three stages of oil separation.
This both minimises the oil carry over from the compressor and helps significantly reduce noise during operation, which offers significant health and safety benefits.
The emerging compressed air is passed through a refrigerant dryer that utilises R134A environmentally friendly refrigerant, with moisture being collected in a condensate drain that can be programmed to empty at set intervals.
Finally, the compressed air is filtered, removing contaminants down to a size of 0.01 microns.
Genesis Plus is easy to operate, with internal sensors providing constantly updated system feedback to the Controltronik microprocessor control system, which incorporates a dual digital display for viewing operation status.
In this way the system can be controlled on an ongoing basis to ensure performance and reliability.
The panel can also be used to pre-set performance parameters, and will even allow the effects of operating under these parameters to be tested using a simulation facility.
A range of Genesis Plus models are available, covering a working pressure range of 8 to 15 bars, a choice of 275Lt or 500Lt air receivers, and with a capacity ranging from 0.60 m3/minute to 1.70m3/min.
Each model has been designed with an aesthetic appearance and, for further simplicity, can easily be positioned or moved using a standard pallet or forklift truck.
