ABS has won a new framework agreement with Southern Water for the supply of submersible pumps and associated services.
ABS has won a new framework agreement with Southern Water for the supply of submersible pumps and associated services.
This is the second Framework Agreement to be awarded to ABS by Southern Water in recent years.
ABS now has two framework agreements with Southern Water for the supply of mixers and submersible pumps.
"We are delighted to have been awarded this second framework agreement," commented Simon Taylor, National Sales Manager.
"We have been working closely with Southern Water following the award of the mixer framework agreement in 1999, and look forward to strengthening our relationship now that we have the opportunity to supply submersible pumps" Cost-effective solutions win the approval of Southern Water " There was a strong emphasis throughout the tender process on total cost of ownership (Life Cycle Cost) and value added services such as training and design support," says Mr Taylor.
"We had to prove that we were committed to Southern Water's strategic goals which include involvement at the design concept stage and a willingness to work with their contracting partners to deliver the most cost effective solutions" ABS has been committed to providing cost effective solutions based on low life cycle costs for many years.
Research and development is focused on designing reliable, highly efficient products which are easy to install, operate, maintain and service.
