New models in the AFP pump range, suitable for pumping of heavily polluted sewage in commercial, industrial and municipal applications, feature improved efficiencies and output

ABS is pleased to announce the introduction of new models to the AFP range of sewage pumps, featuring improved efficiencies and output.

The AFP 1049 is available in both 4 pole and 6 pole ContraBlock executions, and replaces the current AFP 1042 range.

The AFP 1049 will come with a choice of 3 kW 6 pole motor, and, 4, 6, and 9 kW, 4 pole motors, in both standard and explosion proof versions.

The additional AFP 1032.A model features Vortex hydraulics, and is added to the existing AFP 1032 range.

The pump will be driven by a 9 kW 4 pole motor, in both standard and explosion proof versions.

The AFP range of submersible pumps extends from 1.3 kW up to 900 kW, and all are suitable for the reliable and economic pumping of heavily polluted sewage in commercial, industrial and municipal applications.

The pumps are supplied with water and pressure-tight encapsulated fully flood proof motors.

Standard or explosion proof versions are available, with the option of having a cooling jacket.

Suitable for both wet and dry installation, the AFP range is available with a range of hydraulics to choose from; ContraBlock, Vortex, open or closed, single or multi-vane impellers.

This wide range of hydraulics allows the troublefree pumping of clear water, polluted water, sewage containing solids, faecal slurry and sludge.
